Update Samsung Galaxy S5 to Android 5.0 Lollipop
Step 1. Download and save the Android 5.0 firmware update.
Step 2. Now extract the downloaded firmware file on your computer.
Step 3. Download Odin3 v3.09 application and extract its data on your PC as well.
Step 4. Open the ODIN app on your PC as an administrator.
Step 5. Boot your Galaxy S5 into download mode. To do this, press and hold the volume down, home button and power button until warning prompt message appears.
Step 6. From ODIN app click AP button and select the file that have code in its name.
Step 7. From ODIN select CP and select the file with modem in its name.
Step 8. Now select CSS and chose the file that have CSSS in the file path.
Step 9. Now select PIT and select the file that have the .pit as an extension.
Steo 10. Go to ODIN>sub menu verify if the auto reboot and reset time are checked.
Step 11. After that make sure that the re-partition section is un-checked.
Step 12. Finally click start from ODIN and your installation will begin.
