It is another great feature added to Samsung Galaxy S5, which helps to you download large files quickly with faster via Wi-Fi and mobile networks at the same time.
To enable faster downloads on Galaxy S5, Go to Settings > Download booster.
How to Increase Battery Life
Battery life is one of the most common issue with today gadgets, but this will no longer happens with Samsung Galaxy S5 as they added a new feature called “Ultra Power Saving Mode”, which helps you to access a limited number of features of your choice and let the other disable like GPS and location access. - Hold the Home+Power buttons together, till you hear the shutter sound and your screen blinks.
- You’ll find the captured screenshots in the Gallery App.
Using Hand Swipe:
- Go to Settings> Motion > Motion and Gesture.
- Under the hand motion tab, check the Palm Swipe to Capture option.
- Once enabled, open the screen/app you want to capture its screenshot.
- Place your palm vertically your Galaxy S5 screen and move it to the right hand side.
- Once done, you can then browse the captured screenshots from the Gallery.
I would recommend you to use the first method, that is easy and quick and the rest is up to you; which one to use.
How to Enable Developers Options and USB Debugging
Most of the time, these features are used by advance users when making changes to your device. By default, Developers Options are hidden and you need to enable it. Let’s learn how to enable developers options on Galaxy S5:
- Open the Settings App
- Scroll down and look for ‘About device’ under the System category.
- Tap on it and then hit the ‘Build Number’ for about 7 to 8 times unless it prompts that it has been enabled.
- Now to Enable USB Debugging, it is available within the Developers Options.
