You will always be at an advantage, if you’re having the Google Play edition, as it happened with the HTC One and Galaxy S4 as they received the KitKat update much more earlier than the other variants. However, If you can’t any further, as you should be still running the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, the follow the step by step instructions, to safely and successfully flash the leaked 4.4.2 build onto your LG G Pad 8.3 v500.

    Hi, thanks for the tutorial,
I tought this would be as easy as upgrading the xperia Z1, but it’s not.
I’m quite sure I follow all the steps right. I plug the device on download mode and then the Step 8 begins, going fine until 55%, when it suddenly says download fail. Any hints? Thank you very much

    • Hey Juan Hopefully you’ve followed each step correctly, These are simple step by step instructions and I would suggests you to try again.. If you do have other queries do let us know..

hey, don’t ask me how, but after a few tries, it finally worked. Not much difference from the 4.2.2 but it looks smoother though.
Thank you for your swift reply anyway!
